Congratulations to Joey Fatone and Joe Mulvihill on the opening of Fat One’s Hot Dogs & Italian Ice at Universal Orlando CityWalk. Officially opening Saturday, September 19, the new location brings an Orlando-born concept to one of Central Florida’s most visible entertainment destinations—and marks an exciting milestone for everyone who helped bring the venue to life.
Fork in the Road is proud to have contributed as part of the Brain Trust supporting the vision, collaboration and decision-making behind Fat One’s. Modesto Alcala joined Joey at today’s media event to celebrate the team and see the completed venue ahead of its official debut. Projects like this demonstrate what can happen when a distinctive idea, experienced operators and trusted creative partners work together toward a shared goal. We congratulate Joey, Joe and the entire Fat One’s team and look forward to watching the concept begin its next chapter at Universal CityWalk.
